Ambassador's meeting with the Deputy Minister of Public works and Transport of the Lao People's Democratic Republic

On February 18, 2026, H.E. Mr. Irakli Asashvili, Ambassador of Georgia to the Lao People's Democratic Republic (with residence in Kuala Lumpur), held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Detsongkham Thammavong, Deputy Minister of Public works and Transport.

During the meeting, the parties discussed optimal logistical and transport links between the two countries with the aim of deepening trade and economic relations.
